- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
- 5–6 fresh mozzarella balls (sliced thinly)
- 1 cup grape tomatoes (sliced thinly)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- Optional: 2 teaspoons brown sugar
