  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion cream cheese spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until smooth.
  2. Layer cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of cheddar on top. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the cheddar layer and cover with remaining cheddar.
  3. Wrap the cling wrap tightly around the mixture to form a round ball shape, securing it with rubber bands to create a pumpkin form.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before removing rubber bands and topping with a bell pepper stem.
