  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 tsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pan-fry the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
