  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 egg (room temperature)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; set aside.
  2. Toss diced strawberries with sugar and let sit for 10 minutes to release juices.
