  • 1 cup water
  • 10 large vegan marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar over low-medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and place the vegan marshmallows on a lined cookie sheet. Broil for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add the toasted marshmallows to the syrup mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into another container. Allow to cool before mixing in vanilla and salt.
  5. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
