  2. In a heatproof bowl over the boiling water, melt the unsalted butter and vegan marshmallows together while whisking until smooth (about 2-4 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in salt and red food coloring until well mixed.
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, combine Rice Bubbles with the melted mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Lightly oil your hands, then shape the mixture into brain-like ovals. Use a butter knife to create details and a toothpick to draw veins with food coloring.
