6 cups regular vegan marshmallows
4 cups Rice Bubbles (Krispies)
½ tsp salt
Red food coloring
Instructions
Prepare a Bain-Marie by boiling water in a small pot.
In a heatproof bowl over the boiling water, melt the unsalted butter and vegan marshmallows together while whisking until smooth (about 2-4 minutes).
Remove from heat and stir in salt and red food coloring until well mixed.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine Rice Bubbles with the melted mixture and stir until evenly coated.
Lightly oil your hands, then shape the mixture into brain-like ovals. Use a butter knife to create details and a toothpick to draw veins with food coloring.
