  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 24 tablespoons oat milk (to adjust consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a donut pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  3. Add melted vegan butter, pumpkin puree, oat milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spoon the batter into the donut pan until each cavity is filled.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until lightly browned and springy to touch.
  6. Prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Adjust consistency with oat milk as needed.
